Online Booking…what a pain in my a**

Hey guys!

I will be the first to admit that I am not a technologically savvy person. I struggle…like really struggle. But I assumed switching to an online booking platform would be relatively easy. I mean, everyone uses it these days. How hard could it be?

Well, it’s been SO FREAKING HARD AND THE FRUSTRATION IS ALL CONSUMING.

  • Finding a booking system that met all my requirements.

  • Figuring out the system.

  • Importing all my current guests.

  • Creating a service menu.

  • Scheduling all my current appointments for the next few months.

  • Building email templates.

  • Implementing it to my website.

The list goes on.

I’ve been working on switching to online booking for 6+ weeks and it’s still not perfect, which for a perfectionist, is a really hard pill to swallow.

SIGH.

It will all come in good time.

BUT, for the time being, it is up a running. There are still MANY kinks that need figured out. So please be patient with me. If you have any questions, shoot me an email.
